What is Steak Salad and where to get it?

MY recommendation is "Asian Steak Salad" where you get crunchy red capsicum, healthy carrot julienne, aromatic onions & tender beef slices in a bowl you can eat made out of crepes (pancake). I love to savour this in "Sur Le Champs" which is a restaurant in one of my favourite hotels in Paris, namely, the Marriott Champs-Elysees located right on the Avenue des Champs Elysees. I love the Marriott Champs-Elysees not only for its great location on the Avenue of Stars, but also for its comfy pillow and beds. I last enjoyed this with a crisp Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg C. Dietrich 1998 from Alsace with supple acids. For preparation, just prepare it as you would any other salad with Vinaigrette or Caesar dressing and add in some cold beef tenderloin slices. Enjoy!
