OTTO, OTTO, OTTO!

MY visit to OTTO which means number 8 in Italian was fruitful. My friend the Chef is truly an expert in Milanese cuisine and I went in the kitchen to suprise him SAS style except no SMGs. He was delighted. You must try his Osso Buco, the best and most authentic in Sgp. It is still not as good as my favourite ristorante in Milano which I shall not mention here, because I have been told there are food writer wannabes who have been using my website as an Intelligence source for their unoriginal articles. His Risotto is also out of this world, a class apart from some so-called Italian restuarants that cater to Singaporean nouveau riche tastes. Many feel, that may or may not include myself, that the nouveau riche are very insecure, and have no taste but try very hard to put on the facade of taste. Please note dear beloved readers, some of my material is fictional and any resemblance to characters, places, incidents and or locales are purely the imagination of the author, and any resemblance to persons DEAD or Living are entirely coincidental. Otto, however exists, and is in the Red Dot House, formerly the Headquarters of the dreaded Traffic Police who some, but I hasten to add, not myself, have compared to Hitler’s Gestapo. I love the Police. They keep the unruly criminal elements in society in check. Otto was previously Le Papillon helmed by my good friend who has moved on to greener pastures. I wish Otto well, he is a little horizontally challenged but that shows he loves his food. ENJOY! {:-)
