MICHELIN Star Chef Jean-Andre Charial’s (of Baumaniere in Provence) participation in The Vintners’ Tour 2012 from 23 to 25 November in Singapore at Capella Singapore. My friend, Bruno Vaillant, CEO of ewine.com and wine distribution company Alfa Marketing aims to bring in 24 artisanal winemakers to Singapore. This inaugural wine festival promises new delights for wine and food lovers with wine dinners and lunches by 2 Michelin Star Chef Jean-Andre Charial. Chef Charial has cooked for luminaries like Queen Elizabeth II and President Jacques Chirac of France.
At the preview I had to take part in some blind tasting. Happily, I got the answerrs correct!
