Saint Valentine’s Day…where to romance your true LOVE…

Be romantic at the Grand Hyatt Singapore this Valentine’s Day!

The intrepid Travelling GourmetTM recommends…

fabulous 4-course dinner menu for two at Pete’s Place where

 your dinner includes an antipasti platter for sharing – Carpaccio di manzo, 24 month aged Proscuitto di Parma,, Shaved Parmigiano (Parmesan) and more.  soup is Zuppa Mille-Fanti. You can choose the main course you like, and dessert. There’s also Guerrieri  Rizardi Prosecco ( l know the Winemaker…at Lago di Gardi near Verona) for the couple.

Personally, I would go with the Roasted Lamb Filet with Fregola Sardinian Pasta…served with a glass of robust yet smooth Zaccagnini “dal trolcetto” Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOCG.

Each course will be served with a specially chosen wine pairing, including Pete’s Place homemade Limoncello. This Italian liquer will put a smile on your face…it has aphrodisiac properties too…:-)

Hyatt’s Regional Pastry Chef, my friend Gottfried, is making the dessert, so you can be sure it will be very good.

Priced at $140++ per couple
