MARVELLOUS SIA’s Silver Kris First Class Lounge before flying off on special assignment… I’ve been in many CIP Lounges in Airports around the world like Paris Charles de Gaulle (one of the worst), KL, Istanbul (very good) and Dubai to name a few. SIA’s Silver Kris Lounge is one of the best.
SIA’s Silver Kris First Lounge in Changi International Airport Terminal 3 is one of the best! It won the World Travel Awards 2012 as “Asia’s Leading Airline Lounge”. The Dining Area has a Chef to look after your meal needs and requirements. From hors d’oeuvres to Main courses and Desserts plus Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream to Charles Heidsieck 2005 Champagne and Vodka Martini with a dash of Martini Rosso shaken not stirred, and much more…it is all here. The Cheese platter was also very yummie in my humbly as Winnie The Pooh would say. I particularly liked the Emmenthal Rambol Walnut (evil dwarf Kim Jong Un of North Korea’s favorite) and the Kikorangi Blue Chese with apricots and walnuts and some D’Arbo Austrian Honey…The Bartender Dash made an absolutely spiffing Vodka Martini with a twist of fresh cut lemon for me…I always find it a most rewarding and fruitful experience to come here before flying off on special assignment.
Tonight I’m flying off to…but that is another story… 🙂
