MERIDIEN Sentosa where one can feast in chic contemporary comfort in “Latest Recipe” Restaurant. The decor is bright, spacious and welcoming with lots of warm wood furniture and motifs. It came as no surprise to learn it had been designed by Super Potato that also did Mezza9 at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. Foodwise, the emphasis is on local favourites which epitomize Singapore’s multi-cultural heritage. familiar favourites abound, some with a Western twist…

Powderful ROJAK was to my taste with spicy sauces and lots of bean sprouts plucked at both ends, cucumber, turnip, pineapple, crushed nuts, jet black “Hare Ko” or prawn paste, tau pok and Yew Char Kueh! Healthy and appetizing too.
