The suave and debonair Travelling Gourmet TM goes to the Ritz Carlton and is greeted by Henry…
MANCINI’S haunting theme from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s…Moon River played as I strolled into the Grand Ballroom of the Ritz Carlton for the Singapore Tourism Awards 2016. I could tell it was going to be a very grand affair from the decorations and laser light display. I sat at table 42 where I had an excellent view of everything that was going on. In the lobby of the Ballroom, wine and drinks had been served. I opted for a flute of Chandon sparkling wine made by Moet & Chandon in Victoria, Australia…almost like Champagne.
