The irascible and irreverent Travelling Gourmet TM laughed and laughed while watching…

MOST exciting and pulse pounding “Kingsman The Golden Circle”! A irreverent movie about international insanity as a really totally wacko Gangster Boss who is a woman clearly based on Hillary ‘killary” Clinton…linked to voter fraud, rampant corruption, illicit narcotics trading, murder, intimidation and more…There is even a US President which (no prizes for guessing who he is based on) wants to win the war on drugs and narcotics in a “think-out-of-the-box way” Elton John the iconic musical genius famous for his wigs and psychedelic attire steals the show towards the end of the movie and even sings his hit song “Saturday night’s alright for fighting”. With very clever CGI and SFX Elton even does a Bruce Lee jumping Yoko Geri (flying side kick translated from the Japanese). OMG! It is ueber hilarious! I recommend all those who like a really good Spy Action Comedy Thriller to see this movie! It is a masterpiece of irascible Galgen-Humor or “gallows humour” and black comedy. Some of the scenes are acgtually very, very DARK…Worth every cent!

From the very start, it is non-stop action all the way Jose! Gunfire, Karate, Cannibalism, Robotic attack dogs, amazing weapons, trendy gadgets, beautiful fast women…actually not that beautiful, but what the hell alluring and seductive nonetheless…some of us have very discerning tastes n’est pas…:-)

Nice on location scenes in Italy…in the Dolomites. I recognise the area. I love Cortina d’Ampezzo high up in the Dolomiti…

Incidentally the name of the international nefarious and very deadly criminal organisation is…”The Golden Circle”, and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts loyalty program is also called…The Golden Circle! Is Shangri-La like La Cosa Nostra then??? Wahahahah! 🙂

Statesman in the movie is a Whiskey distiller in Kentucky USA…that is also an espionage agency…so is Jack Daniels a cover for SPOOKS? 🙂 I like Jack Daniels neat…Is Jim Beam involved too???? 🙂 Old Forester Whiskey actually…
