On the 10th Floor of Hotel Jen@Gateway. Hotel Jen at Gateway is part of the celebrated Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts group. As The TRavelling Gourmet TM I must say that the Chinese New Year of the Earth DOG Prosperity Dishes are SUPER-YUMMIE!

I started with the Yu Sheng made with healthy Persimmon and an Asian inpired dressing of persimmon, lemon grass, assam and kalamansi (lime). I was pleased that NO cancer causing Palm Oil is used in the F & B outlets of Hotel Jen@Gateway! There was also Norwegian Salmon in the tossed fish salad which was actually created in Singapore not that long ago.



The super-rich and luxurious Pen Cai is to inflitrate in to North Korea to assassinate little rocket boy kim for! OMG yummie! Wolfberries, Gingko Nuts for our little grey cells and more!
