The impeccable and irascible Travelling Gourmet TM dines at high altitude where the panoramic view is…

MONUMENTALLY good…and the cuisine indescribably delicious!

“665 F” sounds like the code name for a Top Secret black operation, but it is actually the temperature of the PIRA oven used inthis premier fine dining restaurant in the 21st Century style…which means no stuck-up hoity-toity waiters and no dressing-up with stiff collared silk shirts and branded neck ties emblazoned crudely & vulgarly with the name of the fashion house!

ON the contrary, it is good unobtrusive service with courtesy and finesse and…

Jolly good food including STEAKS all done by youthful but capable Executive Sous Chef Chef Josephine Loke and her team. Trained by CIA no less. Yes, a spy like me before my career change…JOKE!! Culinary Arts and wine are definitely safer than the world’s second oldest profession nicht wahr…CIA is the Culinary INstitute of America founded one year before the Company in 1946. The Oxford of haute cuisine as it were. The “C” is the often maligned intelligence agency whose failures are often condemned…but whose many successes go quietly unnoticed…intentionally. C’est la vie, alors…Chef Josephine was in the 1st batch of CIA trained chefs affliliated to the TCA/Temasek Culinary Academy.

Tasty dishes will please the most discerning palate, except those who only like Char koay teow and Yung Chow Fried Rice, in which case, as I always say, “Forget Foie Gras mon imbecile…just eat Leberwurst capisch…” So ist das Leben.

Oh mein Gott! Perigord Truffle also known as Black Gold to gourmets! Libtards I am not being racist ok! Yummie yum yum!!! It is to rob a bank for! I NEVER, NEVER ever say to d_e for because when you are dead you cannot eat or taste anything! This worn-out moronic phrase is only used by wannabe food writers and twits, alas…To live for, to kill for, to hijack a plane for but never never that stooopid phrase…Never mind,

believe me, believe me…the food and wines and service here are all top notch! Come here and see for yourself! Meanwhile, please let me tease you with these two videos with NO photoshop!

Das Leben ohne Suessigkeiten ist total langweilig!

Translated from Hoch-Deutsch (German) : Life without sweetness is totally boring!

Have a Blast with Chef Jennifer’s Bombe Alaska!! Sans alcohol, ALAS, mes amis…as this is halal restaurant…Never mind, I shall go back and drink half a  bottle of Genlivet Scotch Whisky..neat..

JOKE!!!!!

Enjoy! Guten Appetit! Tasting is believing! 🙂
