MANDARIN Oriental Singapore’s medley of traditional and snow skin mooncakes, alongside time-honoured favourites to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival from their fine dining Cantonese restaurant, Cherry.

The 2021 Mooncakes collection has unique creations such as the traditional baked Chestnut Paste with Hokkaido Milk, Apricot and Melon Seeds, a Japanese-inspired delight with an ivory dairy centre encased in luscious chestnut paste with crunchy healthy melon seeds.

 

Mooncake with Teh Guan Yin Tea (Goddess of Mercy)

Harvested during summer to retain the tea leaves’ honey-like fragrance, the newly introduced
Tieguanyin with Macadamia Nuts will appeal to tea aficionados with its aromatic delight of tea flavoured silver lotus paste studded with macadamia.

Snow Skin Mooncakes!

A Nyonya inspired Pandan Coconut mooncake is a tribute to Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. Perfumed with fresh pandan and with aromatic and nutty flavourss from dehydrated coconut, this subtle yet distinctive snow skin treat will please loved ones who love mooncakes with  tropical flavours

Those who like for tea and fruit pairings will appreciate a second delicacy of Biluo Chun Green Tea with Guava and Chestnut, featuring a balance of fruity essence and hints of bitter notes from the tea harvested in the Spring season.

Low Sugar healthy Mooncake

Guests seeking a healthier option can indulge in perennial classics including Low Sugar Silver Lotus Paste with Double or Single Yolk, and the Lychee Martini and Chocolate Truffle, which features a chocolate orb centre enveloped in lychee infused white lotus paste.
Cradled in exquisite packaging embellished with elegant floral motifs, these premium mooncakes are presented in box of either two or four pieces for the traditional baked mooncakes or box of eight pieces for the snow skin selections.
