Cluck Norris, the chicken breast dish that has earned a reputation for its unparalleled tenderness and juiciness. A modern take on the traditional chicken rice. It has a cheeky name inspired by Karate star Chuck Norris who fought Bruce Lee in the movies, Chuck Norris fought Bruce Lee in “The Way of the Dragon” where thye duelled in hand to hand combat in Rome’s Collosseum. A Roman cat watches bemused. The chicken dish can be said to stand as a testament to modern culinary excellence. With its exceptional texture and flavour, this extraordinary dish promises to be an absolute crowd pleaser that leaves a lasting impression on all who try it. Interestingly, I met Chuck Norris once in San Francisco in a posh Italian ristorante near the famous St. Francis hotel.
